Spring 2018 - Gaza Border- Torch kites

On spring of 2018 a new kind of terror began on the Gaza border - Torch kites
The burning kites caused major fires in fields and forests near the border.
A special firefighting unit was called, in order to give immediate response and to stop the fire.
The special unit firefighters patrol the area with motorcycles that are equipped with Enforcer CAF systems and FireAde2000 agent.
The unit gives immediate response and stop the fire spread.

November 15th, 2015 Haifa port- Corn Ship extinguishment:

Big forces of Fire fighters extinguished a fire that started in a ship’s storage bay that stored 6500 ton of corn. While unloading the corn, a port employee noticed smoke coming out from the ship’s storage. The first attempt to extinguish the fire with CO2 failed. Because extinguishing the fire with water would have damaged the inner structure of the ship and its balance, firefighters used a low dosage of FireAde2000 with minimal added water. The firefighters quickly gained control on the fire without damaging to the ship.

April 18th, 2016 Civil bus extinguishment after of a terror bomb explosion:

On April 2016 a bomb exploded in a civil bus near Talpiot neighborhood in. 21 people were injured and a few vehicles that were close to the bus caught on fire. Fire fighters that arrived at the scene quickly startd to extinguish the fire and looked for trapped civilians on the bus. To quickly gain control of the fire, the fire fighters used FireAde2000.

November 22nd, 2016 Fire at Dolev village

At November 2016 because of dry & windy weather conditions, Israel suffered from major fires throughout the country. On the night of November 22nd, a fire started near the villager “Dolev”. The fire spread very fast to the village houses that were evacuation from civilians. The village emergency team, that were equipped with FireAde2000 inside their firefighting trailer, were able to gain control of the fire with their first response equipment. FireAde2000 enables simple fire equipment to extinguish fire quickly and effectively.

April 4th, 2016 Fire in “Mea Shearim”- Jerusalem

On April 4th, 2016 a fire started in an apartment building in tight and narrow Mea Shearim neighborhood. Because of the density of the buildings in the neighborhood the fire spread very fast. The fire fighters had difficulties reaching the burning buildings. The fire fighters used FireAde2000 through their fire trucks because of its non-toxic characteristics. The fire was extinguished quickly, many lives and property were saved.

July 7th, 2015 – A car parking fire – Holon

On July 7th, 2015 a fire started in a car parking in Holon. 30 cars caught fire. Firefighting units arrived at the scene, they used water mixed with a low dosage of FireAde2000 (0.5%). In a matter of minutes, the fire was extinguished.

What is FireAde2000?

How is FireAde2000 different from other firefighting agents?
FireAde2000 has constituted a breakthrough in the firefighting industry. In the past, the chemical structure of firefighting agents didn’t enable using the same product for different types of fire - Combustibles (class A), Flammable liquids (class B), Earth metals (Class D), Cooking Fats & Oils (Class F) and as a fire retardant. This made it difficult to choose the right kind of fire agent. Today its possible to extinguish all types of fire with FireAde2000.
How does FireAde2000 work?
As opposed to traditional firefighting agents, that work on one element of the fire (for example- water cools, foam separates the oxygen, powder stops the chemical reaction) FireAde works against all four elements simultaneously – heat, oxygen, matter and chain reaction. Using FireAde2000 in a homogeneous way extinguishes the fire immediately and prevents it from reigniting. FireAde2000 brings new qualities that improves the ability to extinguish fire as well to keep the firefighters safe.
Is FireAde2000 more expensive that other fire agents?
FireAde2000 is cheaper than other fire agent because or the low mixing ratio it requires to mix with water (down to 0.25%). Its high abilities to extinguish fire reduces the amount of agent and water used. Also, experience shows that using FireAde2000 as a fire agent reduces maintenance costs of fire equipment (pumps, inline mixers pipeline etc). In addition to all the above – FireAde2000 does not have a shelf life limit therefore stock renewal costs are also reduced.
How do I know FireAde2000 is suitable for me?
Using FireAde2000 makes is unnecessary to use other fire agent as it can extinguish all types of fire: Combustibles (class A), Flammable liquids (class B), Earth metals (Class D), Cooking Fats & Oils (Class F) and as a fire retardant.
Does FireAde2000 extinguish electric fires?
It is possible to extinguish live electric fires when FireAde2000 is mixed with De-ionized water. When regular water is used it is not possible to extinguish live electric fires due to the conductivity of water.
